POLICIES
Make-Up Policy:
We do not provide make-up classes. In the event that you are unable to make a class, we suggest that you connect with another participant or send a representative to take notes for you. We recognize that emergencies arise and can be quite inconvenient but it is not feasible for us to offer make-up classes every time a participant misses.
Refund/Deposit Policy:
The challenge of last-minute cancellations has necessitated the creation of the following payment & refund policies.
Full payment is required to secure your spot in any of our events. Should you need to cancel more than a month before the event, your payment will be fully refunded.
From a month prior to 2 weeks prior, a 50% refund will be given for cancellations.
No refunds will be given for cancelations 2 weeks or less before the event date, but your paid spot is transferable to an approved participant.
We regret any inconveniences this may cause, but many last-minute cancellations have necessitated this policy.
Helmet Policy:
The facility we work out of is a helmet-required facility, however, they have allowed us to add a helmet-requirement waiver to our Liability Release Form and those 18 and older can choose to opt out of the helmet requirement at their own risk.
No Dogs Policy:
As much as we enjoy dogs, our insurance provider does not allow them at events, and our clients and the other ranch residents don’t particularly enjoy hearing them bark in your vehicle when they miss you. Please leave your dogs at home.
